Cichorium Intybus
The slow-bolting, upright and uniform variety produce at baby-leaf stage, leaves that are narrow and spoon-shaped with subtle spikes along the margins and a thin petiole; while at fully matured size, leaves are 12″ long, 3″ wide deep green colour, slender, and deeply cut with white midribs. They could be harvested at baby size after 28 days or at full maturity after 48 days.
