Botanical Name: Nigella Damascene
The plant grows to a height of 12-24″ with stiff stems produces white double flowers 1 3/4-2″ wide and large, dark plum-colored seed pods for fresh and dried bouquets. The plant has attractive, ferny foliage with whimsical, balloon-shaped seed pods dry readily/easily. Its flowers attract and feed bees as well as other beneficial insects. They flower within 65-70 days and produces mature pods in 80-85 days.
