The plants of these variety which can grow to a height of 18-20″ bears white flowers of about 1 1/2″ across on long stems. They have good stem quality, stem length, and uniformity, making it a good choice for cut-flower production. They are also known as globe amaranth and common globe amaranth. They reach maturity in about 85-100 days.
