Kasugamycin (Ksg) is an aminoglycoside antibiotic. Kasugamycin Hydrochloride can be used in plant production and medical treatment as a kind of antibiotic. It is active against a wide variety of clinically bacterial infection, especially to bacillus coli and bacillus pyocyaneus in medical treatment. Kasugamycin is an aminoglycoside antibiotic that potently inhibits both gram-positive and gram-negative bacteria and blocks translation initiation. To a weaker extent, Kasugamycin also inhibits phytopathogenic microbes.
